I know it is not right for an individual to point fingers in condemnation, but San Francisco is a cesspool of sin. I don't know if you have ever seen some of the images of what takes place during the gay parades, but it is more than disgusting.

As far as the rest of the state, it has become full of people who, for the most part, expect government to cater to their needs. Especially the immigrants who flood here from all over the planet. I don't see any way of ever getting our state back to one in which the people are self reliant. If we cut off the benefits to these people they will resort to crime to support themselves.

California would be better off being returned to Mexico. Let them see if they can run it any better, especially if all the businesses and taxpaying citizens pack up and leave.

That is one thing I have never understood of any immigrant. If their country was so bad that they had to come here for a better life, why would they want to turn our country into another version of theirs?

Anyway, I am not right in condemning geographic locations, but you cannot deny that what goes on in San Francisco is a sin and we should not be forced to accept it is acceptable behavior.

I'm always perplexed when I hear Christians refer to geographical locations as sinful and contemptible. This is so OT. Jesus would not have pointed the finger at San Francisco in judgment. He would have gone there and eaten with those "sinners," ministered to their needs, loved them and taught them of the Father's love for them.

His message was that God caused the rain to fall on the just and the unjust, so who are Christians to judge the sinful? What about that log in your own eye? It is not the well who need the physician but the sick. Too often Christianity misses the spirit of Christ while wallowing in the wrath against Sodom.

You're either going to practice love, patience, peace, forgiveness, or you're going to practice condemnation, judgment, and self-righteous loathing. One comes from Christ; the other does not.
