You have probably heard me say it a thousand times at least, that you are not really free, that you are a slave. But how can that be Neal when we can just hop in our car and go see a baseball game or take a trip to the coast? How can that be when we can pick where we want to work, what we eat, and the shows we watch on TV?

While these things may be true, they only give you the illusion of freedom, you are not truly free. You see, you are indebted by your labor and the debt you hold. Technically everything you have worked for all these years, and paid for with the money you earn, are collateral on a huge unseen debt held by each and every one of us. What it boils down to is that we are debt slaves.

You might say but I’ve paid off my house, my car, and my credit cards, I don’t have any debt other than my monthly bills. Doesn’t matter. Do you have possessions? Do you have money in the bank? Then you are still a slave to debt. Here, let me try to explain why.

Our government has no money, it produces nothing, it only provides a service. Yet it needs money to operate, to pay the employees, build the buildings which house the agencies which comprise it, and do the things the laws they pass require them to do. That money has to come from somewhere.

Taxes you say? Fat chance. When Ronald Reagan was president he set up a commission to investigate fraud and waste in the federal government. Their name was the Grace Commission. According to their final report, “100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt … all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government.” And this was in 1983 when our National Debt was only $1.3 trillion. Today that debt stands at $18.2 trillion and it continues to climb. And guess what? You…I…and our children…and their children are on the hook to pay that debt. We are slaves to it.

Right now, this very moment, you are on the hook for $7,783 in interest alone on our National Debt. Right now you are responsible for $192,842 in principle on the National Debt. That makes you a slave to that debt; you, your children, their children, and their children’s children. We are born into slavery to that debt and we will die in slavery to it.

But you say I didn’t borrow that money, so I am not responsible for paying it back. No, you didn’t borrow it yourself, but your elected representatives did, and they made sure to put YOU on the hook for it. Let me try to explain how.

When you first came into this world your parents gave you a name. But the government gave you something else…a birth certificate. Prior to the issuance of birth certificates births were recorded in a ledger, usually listing the parents names and the name of the child. That’s all it was…a record of birth. Now it is a certificate. You need it to get a passport and it is your first piece of identification, not as an individual, but as a piece of property belonging to the corporate United States.

Pick out a piece of ID from your wallet or purse. Hell, it doesn’t even have to be an ID, use a credit card or anything with YOUR name on it. What does it say, or more precisely, how is it spelled? For instance, everything with my name on it says NEAL H. ROSS. Is that how I write my name? Is that how you write yours? Have you ever filled out an electronic form online and typed in your name like Neal H Ross, and then when you hit submit it all goes to capital letters? There’s a reason it does that.

The law is very specific in regards to how your name is printed on a document. In the sixth edition of Black’s Law Dictionary there is a definition for Capitis diminutio Maxima, which means your name in all capital letters. The definition is stated thusly: “The highest or most comprehensive loss of status. This occurred when a man’s condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave.”

Did you get that, when he became a slave?

How your name is printed means a great deal in legal speak. For instance where my name printed as follows, neal ross, it would indicate a human being with that name. However where it printed Neal Ross it indicates a natural person, a sovereign individual. Now we get into the gray areas. Where my name printed Neal ROSS I become a quasi natural/artificial person. Finally, if my name is printed as NEAL ROSS I become a corporation or artificial person…a strawman. In this instance strawman means “a person set up to serve as a cover for a usually questionable transaction.” In this case the questionable transaction is the pilfering of our wealth via our enslavement to the debt produced by our government.

As I already spoke of, when you are born you are provided with a government issued identification, a birth certificate. Then a few years down the road you are issued another government document, a taxpayer identification number, known as a Social Security Number. This identifies the corporate individual, in my case NEAL ROSS, as being collateral upon the debt created by our government. My earnings, my possessions, and my labor are all collateral upon the debt and can be used to pay it off should the lenders call in their loans. The same is true for every man woman and child who has a Social Security Number.

What it boils down to is this, they own the United States. Do you know what the Gross Domestic Product of a country is? Without getting too technical the Gross Domestic Product, or GDP is the basic value of all products and services produced by a country during a specific period. Basically it is how much a country is worth. Do you happen to know what the GDP of the United States is at this moment? Let me help you. It sits around $16-$17 trillion. And what was our National Debt? Why, it was $18.2 trillion. So basically we owe more in debt than our entire country is worth. If that doesn’t put the fear of God into you then nothing will. What that means is the lenders, those who gave our government all that money to operate, can come in and TAKE EVERYTHING!

Or they can use us as slaves to work our lives paying interest on the money they have loaned our government. That is why I say we are slaves, or more precisely, serfs. The bankers and debt holders are the lords of the manner and we are mere serfs working for their benefit. It is feudalism in modern times, and most of you aren’t even aware that you are a serf. It doesn’t matter if you make minimum wage or you earn six figures, YOU ARE A SLAVE!

Our Constitution authorized Congress to coin money and to regulate its value. In a perfect world they would coin just enough to stimulate the economy and allow for goods to pass from seller to buyer. But that didn’t set too well with the bankers, as I spoke about in my last article. So they created the FEDERAL RESERVE which is anything but a federal institution. Sure it has a board of directors and a chairman which is chosen by the president, but make no mistake, it is a private bank and private banks are only interested in one thing…PROFITS.

The government went along with this scam because they got a blank check as far as credit goes and could spend to their hearts desires. The bankers lent them the money knowing that the people of America could be taxed to pay it back. It was a win win situation for both.

Did you know that in 1910, before the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, the National Debt was only $1 billion, or about $12.40 per person in the U.S. It took seventy years for the debt to reach $1 trillion, which it did in 1981. In the thirty years since then it has skyrocketed to where it sits today, $18.2 trillion.

Does this not worry you, not even in the slightest amount?

You see, as a slave, (which you are whether you want to admit it or not) you have no rights. The Bill of Rights does not apply to NEAL H ROSS. It only applies to Neal H. Ross. Have you ever been to court brought up on charges, or as a plaintiff? Have you noticed that it ALWAYS states something like UNITED STATES VS JOHN DOE, or THE STATE OF ________ VS JOHN DOE. It never lists the names of the defendant or plaintiff as individuals, they are always listed as corporate entities in legal speak.

Under natural law there is no crime unless one person commits an act against another person. If I punch you in the nose I have committed a crime. If you steal my truck you have committed a crime. Yet when you go to court you see cases where no one is hurt by the actions of one…victimless crimes as they are called. You get popped smoking marijuana and you are brought up on charges and who have you hurt? Yet the state says this you can’t do, or that you can do. You violate THEIR laws and you become a criminal.

No one ever stops to question whether the law a person is arrested for violating was legal in the first place. For a very long time in our countries history the jurors of a case were also allowed to question whether the law itself was legal. Not any more, they are told specifically by the judge what the law is and that they are to decide their verdict based upon what the judge says the law is.

Yet in 1789, John Jay the very first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court said, “The Jury has a right to judge both the law as well as the fact in controversy.” If that isn’t clear enough for you, how about this? Harlan F. Stone, the 12thh Chief Justice of the Supreme Court declared, “If a juror feels that the statute involved in any criminal offence is unfair, or that it infringes upon the defendant’s natural god-given unalienable or constitutional rights, then it is his duty to affirm that the offending statute is really no law at all and that the violation of it is no crime at all, for no one is bound to obey and unjust law.”

This idea that government be strictly held to the limits imposed upon it, that people are free to do as they please as long as they do not harm another, is something that people today do not understand. They have been brought up to believe that their government is omnipotent, that it can pass whatever laws it sees fit, or whatever laws the people demand of it. Then government has the right to enforce those laws without question. That is how tyranny and oppression take over where freedom once existed.

The idea that man is sovereign and that government is subservient is dangerous in today’s society. The FBI itself lists the sovereign citizen movement as being dangerous, “Today, we look at a third threat—the “sovereign citizen” extremist movement. Sovereign citizens are anti-government extremists who believe that even though they physically reside in this country, they are separate or “sovereign” from the United States. As a result, they believe they don’t have to answer to any government authority, including courts, taxing entities, motor vehicle departments, or law enforcement.” That was taken directly off the FBI’s website.

But you see, they are wrong in how they word that. They say we don’t believe we have to answer to ANY government authority. That simply is not true. We, do however, believe in ONLY answering to legitimate authority. That means laws that are passed in pursuance with the specific powers granted government, or in the preservation of our rights.

What we see is a government gone crazy, spending us into bankruptcy, passing law after law which micromanage every aspect of our lives, and violating our rights. Those are the laws we don’t believe we have to obey. Sure, some of us go along with them just so we can stay out of prison, but that is only because the average person in this country is so ignorant that should they become a juror in a sovereign citizen case they would see us as a threat to them. The truth is we are a threat to no one as long as no one threatens us, especially our rights.

But we do not believe that WE are to be held accountable for this monstrous debt that our government says we are responsible for. Thomas Jefferson once said, “I place economy among the first and most important virtues, and public debt as the greatest of dangers to be feared. To preserve our independence, we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. If we run into such debts, we must be taxed in our meat and drink, in our necessities and in our comforts, in our labor and in our amusements. If we can prevent the government from wasting the labor of the people, under the pretense of caring for them, they will be happy.”

I think I have given you enough to think about right now, so I will end this here. But just know this, things are not going to get any better until YOU wake up to what is really happening in America. You have to stop placing your faith in political parties. You have to stop believing that one party is better than the other one. They are all in this together, THEY ARE ALL CORRUPT!

Only when you realize that will be able to start taking the first baby steps forward towards your freedom.

They ARE all corrupt Neal. They do not answer to us. They do not respect us. They do not serve us. In short, they do not care about us AT ALL. They are all corrupt. They are bought and paid for. They answer only to their masters, who own and control them. America is screwed.
